SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Immediate Order Processed
Your order will be processed immediately or within 24 hours once payment details have been approved. Upon confirmation and successful transaction of payment, we will email you an Order Confirmation and Delivery Details, which includes your Tracking Number. Any delays in shipment or unavailability of purchased items, will be notified accordingly.
Shipping within 24 hours
For ready stock, we do our best to ship the orders within 24 hours of order being placed. We take great care in each and every order no matter how big or small. Orders are generally shipped via PosLaju. The average shipping time is 3 to 7 days according to efficiency of the Courier Company.
Shipping within 7 to 21 days
For any products are not available at the time of your order we do our best to ship the orders within 7 to 21 days. Should we fail to deliver on time, we will contact you immediately via (WhatsApp/email), you will then have the option to wait for the stock replenishment or we will give you a full refund.
We use third-party logistics companies such as Poslaju, GDEX, Ninja Van and etc. to handle our deliveries.
Delay in Delivery
Upon order has been shipped to the courier, we are not responsible for any delay in product delivery. However, we try our best to assist you to track your order diligently. Kindly send us your tracking number at firstname.lastname@example.org for our necessary action.
If No One Is Home
If you know there is a chance that no one will be home, you can always choose for your package to be delivered straight to your office. Alternatively, if you would like us to deliver at a particular time, please send us an email at email@example.com so that we can process your request as seamlessly as possible.
